ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Yeah it’s just me, I’m a Baltimore girl born into a steelworker’s
family in a tough, working class town which is mostly made
of concrete, blacktop, and steel. Also known as Charm City for
it’s old colonial and ivy covered historical building and public
statuary, but Baltimore has a real problem; and that’s an abundance of bars. Everywhere and in every neighborhood there are bars.
So, I was raised by an alcohol abusing father who would often
break breakup all the dishes and everything made of glass in
the house…..which eventually led to chronic depression and
suicidal ideations for me. However, I did not choose to turn to
drugs and sex and rock n’ roll, no I turned to God, and that’s
what this website is all about. It is in this space where I am
showcasing some of my writings that you can purchase either
a custom written and designed poem to honor a special occasion
or something from my gallery of Christian Photopoems posted
below. Also I am the author of ten books which I am going to
post on the right hand margin. All my books are available at
